ELIGIBILITY

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Not eligible: custom or personalized items, and sales items.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

  1. Contact us at info.veleriajewelry@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and share the return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll send your chosen exchange piece.

EXCHANGE FEE

A flat fee will be applied to all exchanges to cover handling and reshipping your new piece.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations cannot be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
