ELIGIBILITY
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Not eligible: custom or personalized items, and sales items.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
- Contact us at info.veleriajewelry@gmail.com with your order number.
- Our team will guide you through the process and share the return address.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll send your chosen exchange piece.
EXCHANGE FEE
A flat fee will be applied to all exchanges to cover handling and reshipping your new piece.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations cannot be accepted.
- We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
