How to Measure Your Ring Size
Method 1: String or Paper Strip
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the paper overlaps to form a complete circle.
- Measure the length in millimeters.
- Use the chart below to find your size.
Method 2: Existing Ring
- Place an existing ring that fits well on a ruler.
- Measure the inner diameter in millimeters.
- Match to the chart below.

Tips for an Accurate Fit
- Measure your finger at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest.
- Avoid measuring when your hands are cold, as fingers shrink slightly.
- If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
- Wide bands may require a half size larger for comfort.
